Setup & Delivery

Setup, Delivery, & Moving Fee
Prices include one setup/location only. If rental items need to be moved between venues (e.g., from ceremony to reception), additional moving/setup fees will apply.
Our larger items (arches, arbors, backdrops, etc.) often do not fit through standard doors and must be disassembled and reassembled by our trained team for insurance purposes. Clients are not permitted to move or handle these items.
Please confirm with your venue that the rented items will fit in your desired space.
We operate within the guidelines and restrictions set by your venue. It is your responsibility to confirm that our rentals comply with these guidelines. We are not responsible for unused items due to limitations not communicated in advance.

Delivery & Pickup Policy
Delivery includes setup and pickup, with standard pickup no later than 9:00 PM. Late night pickup past 10:00 PM will add a fee of $200.
Delivery is included for locations within 15 miles of our warehouse.
Delivery outside of city limits will add a fee of $100. Please contact us for an exact quote.

Additions Within 30 Days
Additions to your order are accepted up to 7 days prior to your event, and payment is due within 24 hours of approval. We cannot guarantee the availability of identical flowers, but we will match the style and color scheme as closely as possible. Pricing will be based on current availability.

Substitutions
La Fleur Collective Co reserves the right to substitute flowers or décor if the original items do not meet our quality standards. Substitutions will maintain the overall style and color scheme, and items of equal value will be used. If dyed flowers are substituted, we will notify you in advance; however, we are not liable for any garment staining caused by them.
Product Care & Handling

Product Care & Handling
No rental items may be left outside overnight under any circumstances. Arches and other large pieces must be kept out of the rain to prevent damage. If rain is forecasted, we may retrieve the items early.
Only La Fleur Collective Co team members may move, disassemble, or transport our products unless you have written permission from us.
Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a charge equal to twice the rental cost of the damaged item. Items not returned on time will be charged at four times the rental cost, after which they are considered yours to keep.
Credit card information is securely stored and deleted once all items are returned.

Décor Consistency
All décor must be approved by La Fleur Collective Co to ensure a cohesive aesthetic. If you use third-party décor alongside our rentals, we are not responsible for any mismatches or inconsistencies. We may make necessary adjustments to maintain the visual integrity of the event.
Our floral arrangements may include realistic-looking artificial flowers. While some are named after real flower types, not all are natural and may only resemble their real-life counterparts.
Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment Plan Policy
If you’re on a payment plan:
Your remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before your event.
Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation at La Fleur Collective Co’s discretion, and florals/decor will not be reserved or delivered.
If we agree to continue the contract after the deadline, a 10% late fee will be added immediately, plus an additional 10% every 7 days until the balance is paid.
Any extra costs we incur due to late payments will also be passed on to you.

Contract Adjustments & Minimum Payment
Adjustments can be made to your invoice when the initial retainer is paid. Major changes (additions or removals) are allowed until the balance is paid in full.
Note: There is a minimum guaranteed payment of 85% of the original proposal total.
Liability for La Fleur Collective Co is limited to a refund of monies paid excluding the non-refundable retainer.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 90 days before your event to be eligible for a partial retainer refund.
In the case of unforeseen emergencies (war, fire, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.) occurring within 90 days of your event, we will transfer your retainer to a future date at no additional cost.
Retainers are not fully refundable and will exclude:
-Payment processing fees
-Time spent in communication, planning, or proposal creation
-Banking institution fees
-Platform fees related to online rental listings. -
Cancellation by La Fleur Collective Co
We reserve the right to cancel this contract at any time if we determine we are unable to fulfill our obligations. In such cases, you will receive a refund of all payments made, less any actual expenses already incurred by La Fleur Collective Co.
Any dispute related to this contract will be resolved via binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place.
